采购工程师招聘 - 斯派莎克工程（中国）有限公司

工作职责：
1.Responsible for the mechanical part sourcing.
负责机械零部件采购；
2.Perform supplier audits based on a sound understanding of ISO9000.
基于ISO9000标准和要求，对所负责供应商进行定期审核；
3.New product developing and oversea parts localization.
新产品开发，及国外产品国产化；
4.RFQ and Quotation analysis and price negotiation. Carry out a full Sampling Process track.
询价，价格分析及价格谈判，全程跟踪样品开发及验证；
5.Develop and maintain all relevant quality controls to ensure parts are produced to the company’s specification.
控制供应商产品质量，确保交付的产品满足公司采购要求；
6.Provide liaison between other international Spirax Sarco companies for the development of material export.
及时和海外工厂联络，跟踪出口产品的开发进程和生产，保证供给；
7.Drive cost and lead-time reduction programs while improving supplier quality and delivery performance.
在减少成本和缩短交货周期的同时提高供应商质量和交付表现。

任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline.
机械本科或相关专业大学毕业；
2.3 years sourcing experience for mechanical parts，casting experience is prefered.
3年以上机械零件的采购相关经验, 有铸件采购经验优先；
3.Supplier Relationship Management.Strong experience in managing suppliers both commercially and operationally.
供应商关系管理,包括成本和供应商日常运作管理的经验；
4.Understanding & application of TQM [Total Quality Management] .
精通全面质量管理和应用；
5.Complex problem solving/Strong negotiation skill.
优秀的沟通能力和复杂问题的解决能力；
6.Have a good command of English speaking and writing.
英语口语和读写流畅。
